You have a tendency to get involved in a lot of things with a lot of people. Of course, this comes with being a Leo. Yet at the same time, that energy tends to be focused on what they want and what excites them. And one of your journeys as Leo is first to discover what excites you, what brings light to your life.
In a world and in a society where there are all kinds of trends about what excites people, being a Leo can be a challenge, because simply discovering what is most important to you as an individual can actually be very difficult—mostly because there are plenty of other people, and forms of media, ready to tell you what you should be enjoying.
This doesn’t just have to do with what you do; it has to do with how you live and your priorities. Yet at the same time, being a Leo you have what might be termed a big energy, and once you embrace that in a way not everyone will fully understand, you will also begin to realize just how much joy you can live with—even more than that, the kind of joy you can bring into the life and experience of others.
In doing that, you will discover your true purpose as a Leo, which is not to follow anyone else’s plan or anyone else’s routine, but instead, to be completely and utterly true to yourself.
Many of those close to you look up to you. You don’t really think that until you realize that often, people will imitate what you’re doing. This is all the more important as you move closer to that amazing inner you that is the true Leo within.
There are many complicated routines for being healthy. However, in your particular case, that routine has to do with one simple thing, a variety of love: for earth, for water, for the Sun, for grass, for laughter, for resting. The rest of it is secondary. Once you realize that, you will also realize the being deep within you is the one who experiences joy, the joy from which all forms of health will come.
