Every once in a while, you need a new challenge, partly because it’s exciting defining it, and achieving it is the best thing possible for a Sagittarius. However, it is also important to pause and consider whether the challenge that you are pursuing is very similar to the past, or something entirely new and exciting.
I can’t resist saying yes to challenges, often before I know what they are
Fire-sign enthusiasm is contagious. It is a wonderful quality, and those who are around you benefit from your inquisitiveness and zest for life. But the question is, do you?
Sometimes you’re moving on so quickly from one particular activity, plan, or passion to another, from the people and goals central to your life, that you don’t actually stop to think about what you have accomplished. If you don’t make a note of what you’ve done or those encounters—which busy Sagittarians rarely do—you may not recognize or recall, who you’ve met, what you’ve accomplished, or indeed, what you learned in the process of achieving those goals.
This isn’t just important in terms of boosting your spirits—it is worthwhile knowing what you’ve accomplished. What’s more, when it’s time to evaluate the past and consider the skills you’ve added and what you’ve done, and assess their influence on your goals, it is worth pausing to consider exactly such matters. You enjoy learning for the fun of it. But maybe it’s time to focus on adding a skill. Ask a few questions. Explore. The resulting insights could lead to a rethink of your plans, or even to a new vision of what’s next. It isn’t just about what you’ve learned. It’s also about what you might want to embrace over the coming weeks, months, and the long-term future.
As a Sagittarius, and someone who talks a lot about what you’re doing, often those around you will show up to be helpful. But the question is, do those connections remain? Or do they come, learn from what you’re doing and take off again? It’s worth thinking about.
When you’re doing a lot, you’ll often prop yourself up in certain ways. For Sagittarius, and somebody ruled by Jupiter, caffeine and especially sugar can’t do the trick, which is fine. What’s most important is to be aware of what you’re wanting next week and next month, too.
Every once in a while, you need a new challenge, partly because it’s exciting defining it, and achieving it is the best thing possible for a Sagittarius. However, it is also important to pause and consider whether the challenge that you are pursuing is very similar to the past, or something entirely new and exciting.
If you have already talked about what you’d like to do, and hoped to achieve, and are running out of enthusiasm, then it’s time to change the subject. In fact, judging by the rather tricky current planetary activity, you are better off sidelining those plans and savoring each day for the pleasure it offers.
Sagittarius: NOVEMBER 21 – DECEMBER 20
Ruler: Jupiter
Symbol: The Archer
Element: Fire
Flower: Dandelion
Being half horse, half human—and what’s more, an archer—it’s no surprise you Sagittarians are restless. The third fire sign, you thrive on new ideas, action, and challenges, and suffer when life is too predictable. While you’re risk-takers, you’ve an instinctive sense that comes from your ruling planet, the fortunate Jupiter. Dandelion is your flower, sharp cinnamon is your herb, and the yew is your tree. Your stone is gold topaz.
