As much as you enjoy those who are already close to you, life is also about broadening your horizons, and that means bringing new individuals into that circle, and occasionally, letting some go as well. It’s like having a garden each year that you need to replant.
As you are well aware, you do have a lazy streak, and once things are organized with your health, you tend to stick to the same way of eating and the same fitness regimen, except it gets boring and then you begin to slip. Of course, the trick is to find somebody or something that inspires you.
