For you, being born in a world where achievement is often measured in possessions, in money, or in the title you have as a Cancer, is a paradox. While you may enjoy having good things, you also have a deeper knowledge of what might be termed inner values—that is, those feelings that come with being happy with others, but even more, with being true to yourself.
Of course, if you’re living a busy life, despite being a juggling act, it can be joyous. The trick is to manage to find that time that’s so important to be yourself, even if you are in the midst of doing exciting things or being distracted by those you care about. And that is the art. It isn’t what you have or what you earn. It’s the way you own your time and your joy.
That may seem selfish, but intriguingly, those around you witnessing you embracing that joy will not only be happy for you, they will begin to learn from you, and this is what’s best. This variety of joy is infectious. It is something that you share, not because you talk about it, but because you live it. This is one of your most important journeys as a June 27th Cancer: not only to experience that joy, but in experiencing it, to share it with others.
Helping those around you comes naturally to you. You don’t even think about it. When you extend yourself, receiving help from others, their support, their goodwill, is more difficult for you. The lesson? If you understand that this is like breathing, that accepting is as important as giving. Then you won’t struggle with receiving any more.
Often, regimens are not only boring, they suggest that you’re unhappy. Search for a formula that works. The trick is to find something that isn’t extreme, and in fact, that goes with your natural flow.
