Being passionate by nature, you thrive on excess: overdoing, then being exhausted. So not only is finding balance difficult, you don’t really enjoy it. What’s more, that inner stillness can be difficult to achieve. Still, at times it’s not only wise, it gives you space for recovering from the past and to consider the future.
Instead of doing a single good deed each day, I will aim to do a dozen
As an Aries you’ve probably heard people say that they envy your enthusiasm. However, you will wonder why that is, because for you, this comes so naturally you don’t even think about it. Yet at the same time, the range of your feelings, or the amount of energy you have, from being on top of the world to exhausted, has to do with the need to find the center between these two: something that doesn’t come naturally to you, and is in fact one of your biggest lessons. This has to do with your energy level and your enthusiasm, but also with the things you get involved in, your work, close relationships, and romance. Also, how you live your daily life and how you organize your routine. Bizarrely, in your enthusiasm you can forget things you need to do, whether it’s paying bills or even, occasionally, eating.
While you can’t always make notes about this kind of thing, what you can do is deal with one of the greatest challenges and joys for you. That is to pause every once in a while, take a deep breath, and realize how wonderful it is just to be you and just to be alive. And if you’re with somebody, have a brief chat about that. Once you begin this, and once you begin to do it more often, you will not only enjoy the swings between the excitement and the stillness all the more, you’ll also enjoy every single breath of life all the more as well.
The gift that you bring to any relationship, whether it’s family, loved ones, or even a neighbor or colleague, is that you’re entirely you. In fact, it puzzles you when others put up a fake front. Discuss this, but gently, because it probably means they’re shy, nothing more.
While sometimes you will throw yourself into a way of eating or exercising that you have been told is good, or which you find particularly rewarding, at the same time you have a tendency to exclude other things. Then you will tire of that regimen and move onto another. Moderation may not come naturally, but it is your best bet.

Recent setbacks have freed you from a situation that, while seemingly worthwhile, was increasingly worrying. What’s more, as that particular arrangement comes to an end with each passing day, another far better one isn’t just increasingly likely, it is showing amazing promise.

Fiery Aries is the first sign of the zodiac, and being ruled by the warrior planet Mars, you are a forceful character who thrives on challenges in a range of forms. Each adds to your skills, wisdom, and, ultimately, patience. Your plants and flowers reflect that sharpness, from thistles to gladioli, and your spice is, of course, red chile. Your gemstones are red, too—ranging from ruby to coral.
