In a culture where everyone is encouraged to do their best, it can be as important to aim low. As a Scorpio, this may seem strange, but giving yourself the gift of not having too much pressure—at least at certain times of your life—also gives you an opportunity to decide if what you are pursuing is what you really want in your life.
Being lovingly faithful to others is important. Staying faithful to myself is essential
There are two sides to every Scorpio. Basically, there are the focused Scorpios, who are ruled by Pluto and try to be invulnerable. They may even be fighters in whatever arena they’re in, as the influence of your original ruling planet, Mars, the warrior, comes in: you will stand up to whatever it is you feel is important.
Yet there is a more vulnerable side to your nature. And even if you are one of those warrior types, there’s a portion that is sensitive and also intuitive, that understands what those who are not as strong as you are facing. And at times you may feel that vulnerability.
This is the important thing for you to understand, because when you allow yourself to feel that vulnerability, you also incorporate it into your own being. This means that you understand others better. But when you are close to somebody, it makes them feel comfortable, because they are aware that you know and understand how vulnerable they are.
It may sound strange that the stronger you are, the more vulnerable you’re able to be. But this is one of the great paradoxes of being a Scorpio and a water sign in a period during which force is so overwhelmingly favored. The deeper you go, and the more you understand yourself, the stronger you will be.
Not everybody understands sensitivity of any kind. And because many people learn to focus on their minds over their feelings, they may not even know if they’re happy or not. Be aware of that, and if you’re talking to somebody who seems to have absolutely no idea what they’re feeling, make a careful decision about how much you will discuss with them.
Physical well-being has to do with having a strong body and eating well. But it’s also having a regimen that builds up your sense of balance, that is, your inner being—what some might call your spine. There are many Eastern kinds of training, from yoga to Chinese martial arts, that help, and if you choose one, you will realize how vital it is for someone of your nature.

Others are saying you’re being stubborn. But from your point of view, certain changes are unrealistic. This is one of those tricky times when it’s a matter of sticking with what you believe is best, or relying on those you trust. In this case, go for the latter. Others really do know better than you.
