While charm wins over almost everybody, certain individuals need a firmer approach
The question is, have you ever regretted going along with others’ ideas or demands? This is always a bit of a push-pull for those born under the sign of Libra, because on one hand, you know very much what you think, but on the other hand, you are a team player.
It’s like a game for you—sort of like tennis, or even politics, where you have to work with others. It is interesting to note that many Libra politicians use this ploy. They will get involved, but then they will do something that you may do naturally, that is, say the minimum and watch what is going on.
This is something you can do, and in certain situations, it is something you’re encouraged to do—to watch, to learn about the actual situation and the individuals involved before you even begin to commit.
True, you may be under pressure from others to speak up. This has happened in the past, and it is likely to happen again. The skill is in figuring out the right thing to say—being able to stand back long enough from the situation, first to decide what your own priorities are, and then to ensure that you know enough about the situation and the people involved to decide what’s in your best interest. Do that and not only will you be making a wise move, you will be making the most of the situation in question.
There is an old phrase that says to keep those close, close to you, to trust them and them alone. However, every once in a while, you venture into new territory, getting acquainted with individuals who have some kind of exotic charm and they become your fascination, your priority. Think carefully, because at times, that charm can be somewhat undermining.
The message for you is to relax. That may seem easy to do, but as an air sign, while you may appear to be relaxing—that is, not moving around much—at the same time your mind is going overtime. Being able to slow down mentally is quite a challenge, but it is an important one and one that, for you as a Libra, can be a source of discovery and joy.
