You need to ensure you are providing yourself with backup, in the form of people and circumstances that bring you joy.
Whatever it is, ensure it will boost your spirits. This could range from activities you love or things you do in nature, being with animals. These provide a variety of emotional vitamins for you, and they are important for you as a Libra and someone who is sensitive and generous by nature. Make this change and should those joyless situations arise, you will be prepared to deal with them.
It’s easy to fall into a conversation comparing things: comparing your day, your vacation, a meal you had, but also comparing your life. There are those who, no matter what you say, will always top what you have done until you begin to feel that, somehow, you are a bit of a failure. That has nothing to do with you and everything to do with them. By no means is their life joyous. They just enjoy making others feel unhappy.

That is, to give up one thing or another because it’s “good for you.” While that may be the case, less is not more. In certain situations, a little more may be what’s needed.
